Morgan L. Roach

A passionate advocate, Morgan Roach is a founding member of the firm and handles all types of labor and employment matters as well as numerous other legal issues.  He has represented clients in the trial and appellate courts of Missouri and Kansas, the federal district courts for Western Missouri and Kansas, the federal Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the Kansas Supreme Court.  In addition to jury trial experience, Morgan has tried dozens of arbitration and administrative cases.  Arbitrators have praised his “skillful” and “zealous” representation in their final decisions.  Morgan especially enjoys representing individual police officers in all types of legal proceedings related to their employment.

Morgan lives in the Kansas City area with his wife Rachel and children Lucy and Graham.
